To meet growing order volume, Yueju Home Furnishings announced the launch of 2 new smart production lines covering core categories (cabinets, dining sets), reducing delivery cycles from 15-20 days to 7-10 days.
The 2 new smart lines, with a total investment of 20 million RMB, introduce German imported CNC cutting machines and automated assembly equipment, realizing full-process automation from “panel cutting, drilling, assembly to quality control”:
- Cutting Phase: CNC machines achieve 0.1mm precision, avoiding errors from manual cutting and increasing panel utilization by 20%.
- Assembly Phase: Automated robotic arms assemble 20 dining chair sets per hour—3x the efficiency of manual labor.
- Quality Control Phase: A new 360° visual inspection system automatically identifies issues (e.g., panel scratches, loose hardware), reducing defect rates from 1.2% to below 0.3%.
Yueju’s supply chain director stated that this capacity upgrade not only ensures fast delivery of existing orders but also reserves space for mass production of future new products (e.g., smart walk-in closets). Meanwhile, automation reduces labor costs, keeping product prices stable—for example, the popular light luxury dining set is 10% cheaper than similar industry products. In addition, increased capacity eases inventory pressure on dealers; 10 dealers have already increased orders, and Q4 revenue is expected to grow by 35% year-on-year.
